Hi, In term of investment point, anyone could advise which will be a better buy? 2 bedroom in Caribbean or Reflections? What is the possibility of the increase in psf for these 2 condos after 5 years?

1. Compare the design of Caribbean and Reflections
2. As the trend goes, when a project TOP, you will have investment gain
Caribbean is about 6 years old, recent transacted $1334 psf to $1870 psf
You can get a nice 3 bedder unit for $1695 psf
