Hi. I'm looking for a 3+1 unit in Glendale Park, with a budget of $700-750k. Is this possible? I currently stay in a 5-room HDB apartment in Choa Chu Kang Drive, Blk 689B high-floor, move-in condition, unblocked view and 7-eleven downstairs. What is the estimated valuation? What options do i have if i choose to upgrade to condo (Glendale Park)?

Hi Roger,

Your budget will allow for a 3+1 unit in Glendale Park. I have units available there, do give me a call for further arrangements.

Regarding your current flat, for a high floor unit (level 21-25), the previous transacted prices average around 380k. For levels 16-20, average is around 370k. I would suggest to do a formal valuation to get more accurate numbers. I will help you with the valuation and also the financial planning for the upgrading, no worries.

The estimate valuation for your flat is about $370K depend on your renovation. It will be better for you to do a valuation for your flat.

For the budget of $750K, you can get 999yrs condo in Hillview area and 99yrs condo near the MRT area like Choa Chu Kang and Bukit Batok area.

Dear Mr Roger,
I would like to share my view with u. At this currently market to get a 3 bedrooms at Glendale Park the price will be 1 million and above. I will said it is possible to get a 3 bedrooms at 700k to 750k for condo at this moment, but definitely not in bukit timah area.
