Regarding your current flat, for a high floor unit (level 21-25), the previous transacted prices average around 380k. For levels 16-20, average is around 370k. I would like to share my view with u. At this currently market to get a 3 bedrooms at Glendale Park the price will be 1 million and above. I will said it is possible to get a 3 bedrooms at 700k to 750k for condo at this moment, but definitely not in bukit timah area.
