My name is Ashley Chia from Propnex, before I joined the Real Estate Industry, I was a female Gym Instuctor at True Fitness.

By a twist of fate, I joined the real estate industry to try out a new career in 2009, and thankfully, I have never looked back.

Ultimately, I found my very first deal through Door Knocking. I am deeply passionate about real estate and being a real estate professional allows me to do what I love most. My past experience as an instructor in the True Fitness has taught me to be a good listener to other people’s needs and problems and also gainfully engage with them. This, to me, is an important part of being a real estate professional.

I am a good listener and analyst, therefore, I will take time to understand your needs and problems and offer you the appropriate choices or solutions and finally, address them.

Looking back at my past 14 years, I have helped many of my clients to achieve their needs such as upgrading, downsizing, relocating and investing to achieve financial freedom as well as capital appreciation.

This joy has indeed gave me the drive to strive in my real estate career.
