Hi I'm a married PR 30yr-old, looking for a 1-br condo in the west to stay (preferred near EW line MRT), my budget is around 700k (cash+ cpf around 400k, annually income 150-200k). My questions are:
- 1) Is there any unit available near EW line MRT (preferred from Boonlay until Redhill)
- 2) After 5 years, If I want to sell this 1-br unit (to upgrade to a 2-3-br one), will there be a loss? or gain? or even?
