Hi,

You may like to check and refer to IRAS portal.

Hi,

1) Since you are renting out your whole flat, this is considered as a non-owner-occupier residential tax rate of 10% for the 1st $30k annual value.
2) This rental income will be counted as part of your income inland. I believed this makes you a tax resident.
3) You may direct your question over this "tax resident" to IRAS if you have any further doubt.

Hope the above answer your main concerns, but if there are more query, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.

Hi
All rental properties in Singapore are charged at 10% (non-occupier rate) of the annual value regardless of how many properties an owner earned. Do contact me at 93375051  for a free and non obligatory discussion on this.
