Hi I would like to purchase a 3 bedrooms unit at bukit timah road. Currently based on what the TV commercial i can see Cascadia is launched. How many units are left? If not which other condos are available in Upper bukit timah? I prefer new condo near Beauty world.

Hello Aaron,

There are 2 parts of this to consider,
1. When do you need your condo?
Cascadia TOPs later towards the end of this year. It is a choice place to get a 3 bedroom unit as it has a country club standard of facilities, and sits right next to the future King Albert Park MRT station.

2. On Pricing
Cascadia is priced in at $1400-$1500psf for the 3 bedroom units depending on unit facing and level. If your budget is higher, you can consider Jardine by Far East opposite from Serence Center. Both developments are freehold, but Jardine is considerably higher.

The next available condo in the area is Floridian, all units there are 3+1 with rather sizable units. Nonetheless, as the development is by Far East, it is rather pricy!

On a side note, Suites De Laurel is D23, outside of D10, AND, there are no more 3 bedroom units left.

With your current budget, as mentioned. It's pretty hard to get hold of a 3 bedder. However a 2 bedder should fall within your category. My team currently has a 2 bedder unit at Floridian.
