Hi, I would like to do some minor repair works for my newly purchased condo. Painting, replacing kitchen sink, repairing doors, carpentry work to erect book case, mirrors etc. All of it will be DIY. What kind of permits do I require? I do not intend to hire any contractor except for anything that involves electrical. Please advise if I need to apply for any approvals from condo management or others?
