Hi I would like to ask about the tenancy agreement? I had agreement to rent my room and the agreement letter stated 3months agreement only. I took rent plus deposite.
After the 3 months over, I didn't do any renewal of the agreement.The tenants stayed more that 7mths now would like to move out...May I check what about the deposite do the deposite is valid or not...since there is no more balck n white extendion agreement after 3mths. Pls assist.
