when do you turn 35 YO? Where do your parents stay?

If you wish to spend as little cash as possible, you might want to opt for HDB loan in which 10% downpayment can be fully paid by CPF OA funds.

Your estimated HDB loan is around $284k. With housing grants up to CHG $25k + EHG $2.5k + PHG $10k, your budget is around $320k before adding any of your CPF OA funds on hand.

By the way do take note that you have to fulfill 5 years MOP before you can rent out the whole unit. Alternatively you can rent out 1 bedroom if you physically occupy the unit.
