I’m an Indian working on EP. Recently i have signed an tenancy agreement for 1 year & everything was done either on Sunday or after 8 PM.
While viewing and signing agreement I did not notice about construction work near my block, as I started staying i fell that noise is unbearable starting from 8 am - 6:30 pm Monday to Saturday.
My owner nor agent gave me headsup about this construction work during signing the agreement. Owner stays 2 unit ahead of my unit.
I need help please suggest me as my wife can’t bear this noise she is not well,what can be done in this situation
