Hi I received the answer regarding the conservency charges.I am eligible for the conservency charges.I have been paying base on the eligibility. I paid my conservency charges on July base on my eligibility,which is half the amount .But I was told by town council that I am not entitle for the gst once I lease out the whole unit but I am entitle if I rent out the rooms only.It doesn't sound logic at all.
