Hi, I own a unit of 4 room High Floor HDB flat in Ang Mo Kio BlK201. What is the evaluation price for that unit without renovation? How much can I sell? How much rental if rent out master room or normal room? Should I rent or sell the unit?

Afternoon,

The estimated valuation for your unit is around $440k, with COV asking of around $25k to $40k.
As for room rental, it's going at around $550 to $650 and master room are going at around $800 to $900.
To rent or to sell would depends on what you have in mind. Selling to cash out so that you can use the CPF and cash for some other purpose, like investment or rent out your room to get some small gains.
