Hi,

I have lived in Singapore for about 4 years on Employment Pass and now I'm back in India and working here in my home country. I still hold Singapore bank's credit card while in India and pay the money on-time if I'm doing any purchasing. I believe I have a pretty decent credit score in Singapore.
I always loved Singapore as my own country and wanted to invest there always.
Now, my question is can I still get a home loan from a local Singaporean Bank, say, LTV 75%, to buy a new Condominium even though technically I do not get any salary credit in any of the local Singaporean banks but have good Credit Score there. I have a decent salary crediting in my Indian bank and with that, I can always remit to Singapore to pay EMI for the home loan.

I would really appreciate if you can please guide me here.

Thank you,

Dear sir/madam,

Your income needs to be recognised by the monetary authorities here in order to grant you a home loan here. You may wish to speak to a banker here and do up an In-Principle Approval before you progress to next step.

I have been in the real estate business since 2009, with more than 10years of experience serving the Singapore real estate market.

I am very active in the residential segment of Singapore real estate market, having transacted hundreds of deals from HDBs to private condominiums and landed properties in Singapore, and have handled many unique cases in sales and purchases as well as rental deals.

Over the years, I have also established a network reaching out to more than 9,400 expatriates, bringing my market presence to both in and outside of Singapore. This has created an additional exposure when I manage my clients’ portfolios, on top of the conventional on and offline platforms, where other estate agents are relying on. This has allowed me to consistently convert leads into results.

With an evolving market, where change is the only constant, I have also been investing in upgrading of my knowledge and skills sets to improve myself and meet the demands of current and future market.

We are offering our clients a complimentary first consultation without obligations (Absolutely FREE!). Schedule for your FREE session today!

Hi there!

Your income needs to be recognised by the Monetary Authorities here. Usually you will be granted up to 60% loan. However it is best to speak to a banker to get an In Principal Amount (IPA) to be 100% certain.

If you are keen, kindly drop me a Whatsapp message at +65 91708295  . I will get my banker to contact you and see how best to assist you to get the highest loan possible, so that you can proceed with your investment plan.

I look forward to assisting you.
