It will be a good time to sell now as it's already November and transaction will take 3months to complete, meaning new owner can only move in in February when River Valley high already started school.

Although it will be privatised in 2010, but no one can predict the market's movement.

My suggestion is why not give yourself a chance to let go at a comfortable profit, and pass this risk to others?

We are at peak-down for private prop resale market. New launches are also attracting less limelight due to over-supply. This is obviously a good time to sell.
Most EC experience a good run-up of value towards the first 10 years particularly the 7-9.x years in anticipation of better tenancy and buying climate of foreigners. When they are at 10 years, most have anticipated a good run previously and the price may either stabilise or dip (depending also on the economy then).

Hi Dawn,

No one can predict the market. But the fact for now is you can fetch a good price for your unit currently.

There is no harm to try to sell your unit now. Who knows, you may meet a buyer that is willing to match your desired selling price. There are still lots of buyers out there, especially young couples who are aiming for a good primary school (Rulang Pri) for their kids.
