Hi,
I had bought a 5-room HDB flat with in 2000. The HDB loan has been fully paid.
Recently in April 2010, I bought a 3 room condo (MICASA) with my parent. I had paid via bank loan (80%) and cash. No CPF was used. The TOP for this condo will be in 2012.
Appreciate if somone can help to clarify my queries:
(1) Am I eligible to buy an executive condo with my fiance as I found out that there is a new EC which will be built near our parent's place? TOP expected in 2015.
(2) Will there be an issue if I want to rent out my HDB house?
(3) If we are not eligible for the EC, please let me know the type of properties which I an eligible to buy with my Fiance?
The main constraint is that I intend to keep both my current porperties : HDB and Condo.
