Hi
I bought 3room Bto Flat under the singles scheme with my child as the essential occupier. Recently, upon key collection, i was being told to pay the balance via cash/cashier's order. As a divorced parent, I am unable to raise such amount. I had appeal for a higher max loan, was still not enough to cover. I am distressed and need some advice. Is there any way for me to solve this without having to pay cash?
Is it possible to take an even higher loan and make a cash top up every month to hdb?
I had remarry a few months back, if I add in my spouse as an essential occupier, will it help?
