May I ask what floor size of unit are you interested in (i.e. 3bdrm, 4 bdrm,..?) e.g. a 4-bdrm (1281-1292sf) priced average $750psf. This project has got 457 units spanning across 9 towers (A1-3, B1-3, C1-3). Official Expected TOP 31 Dec 2014 (could be 2 yrs earlier). If you are interested to view, pls let me know to arrange.

What bedroom sizes could yourself be looking at?

Size ranges as below.
2bedrms - 1020sqf - 1292sqf
2+study - 1120sqf - 1146sqf
3bedrms - 1260sqf - 1343sqf
3+study - 1301sqf - 2217sqf
4bedrms - 1384sqf - 2316sqf

Generally, there are 9 blocks of 5-17storeys height, 457 units in total.

If you are looking for 3 or 4bedrms, prices are approximately $650psf to $700psf.

Smaller units are selling at approximately $700psf to $750psf

I do have a few units of unblocked views and of #09 or higher...
