hi gurus, i was told by the developer to bring a cheque for the preview for midtown residences. Not to sure, are they referring to a blank cheque with signature or what? i also notice that the midtown residences units are very small, 3 bedroom at 67sqm. Any idea how much, and will it be a good buy since there are so many upcming condos at D19. Thanks:-)
