Hi Gurus, I and my spouse are SPR holder, we intend to buy a hdb unit but we have very limited cash in hand and my OA also ard 30k only. Can I know if we want to buy a 2+1 unit , how much cash ( cov and down payment) should we prepare and of course we prefer cheaper price because we are from very limited cash group. Thanks in advance.
