Hi Gurus,

I am currently separated for 5 years and awaiting my final judgement for my divorce which should arrive in Sept or Oct 2012. It's a straightforward divorce with no parties contesting.

I have no house under my own name or have any property under my name. Now I am interested in executive condo or a BTO from HDB in June - Aug.

Qn 1 Can i apply with my gf for a new BTO or resale FLAT?

Qn 2 Can i apply for an EC?

Qn 3 Will HDB allow me to apply for BTO as I am still a first timer?

Afternoon,

As of now, you are not considered as a divorcee. Thus it's impossible for you to apply for BTO with your new partner. Both of you are also required to meet the requirements eligible for the new purchase.
