Hi gurus, do you think Prive is a good buy? Which do you think is more worth it and has better valuation in the future? A 2BR unit at high floor (13-15th storey) or a 2BR with study at lower floor (4-6th storey)? U think getting an EC first then pte condo in the future is a better investment or a HDB first then pte condo in the future?
