Hi!

Dear sir/Mdm,

I would like to know, where to find lists on the sales of executive condos that is going to TOP in 2012 or early 2013? What would be the prices of a 3 bedroom ec be like? Are these new executive condo near to amenities? Hoping to kindly hear from u soon! Thank you!

Hi Sheela,

There is no sub-sale allow for new EC, thus you are not able to buy those which are going to TOP next year.

You may wanna consider those new ECs which currently still launching, such as

1) Arc at Tampines
2) RiverParc Residences @ Punggol
3) Blossom Residences @ Segar

And there are more new ECs launching next year.
