Hi all, I have rented a room thru a property agent and signed a contract of tenancy for 1 year, paid the commission. At the expiry of the contract, the agent told me that should I decide to extend 1 more year, i would need to pay another time of agent fees , is it true since the agent does not provide any service ? Please advice.
