Hi All Gurus,
I wish to purchase an apartment with 3 rooms or a condominium in D14...may i know what is the difference between an apartment and condo....as i see most of the apartment are free hold and condo are 99 or 999 lease....will buying an apartment is a risk or the appreciation is slow?i wish to purchase and stay there and probably rent out two rooms....please advice which is better.....Thanks
