Hello,

I'm about to rent a condo for SGD 3300 with a 2 years lease.
I saw on some website that actually for agent fees, if the rental is above SGD2500,the agent will not be paid by the tenant but the fee will be paid by the landlord and Split half between the agent owner and the hired agent.

Thanks to let me know if it's something which is applicable as I need to sign the leave very soon.
