DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY SOME OLD BIRD CO BROKE AGENT WHO REPRESENT THE LANDLORD STILL ADVOCATE THIS IN MY EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH SUCH AGENTS WHEN I REPRESENT THE TENANT ...ONLY I THREATEN TO REPORT THESE " EXPERIENCED" AGENT AND ASK TO CHECK WITH LAWYER AND REPORT THEM TO CEA , THEN THESE AGENTS RELENT AND SIGN PAPERS FIRST AND THEN TENANT TRANSFER $ ....
