The last comparable 4A transaction in Fernvale Palms is an unit at 433B on the 13 to 15 floor that sold at 520k in June 2022. It also depends on facing, actual unit level, unit condition and reno, and whether ethnic quota or extension required.
I have transacted quite a number of units in Sengkang West and very familiar with this area, including an unit at 433A as well. Hope to assist you on your sale as well.
