Dear gurus, i am seeking help if any of you who are familiar or have any connection with agents in JB, Malaysia. We received an update that the goverment is going to buy my father's land (2.82 acres) in Pengerang due to the recent oil and gas project thats gonna be build there. We hv no options but to sell it hence not sure whether to get an agent to do it for us since we are afraid the government might give us a below valuation.
