Dear Agent,

My husband PR and i am in long term pass. can we get EC in singapore? if it is yes then our budget 550 to 700k. do you have any 2 or 3 bedder bedder units neat MRT like the building year 1 to 6 years old. it is only for investment. Please advise.

Hi,

You are eligible to get a EC after 5 years as long as one of the party is a PR.

As for investment, I would like to share my thoughts with you. However, i think i would need to understand more about your situation.
