Current hdb flat is owned by my mum, fully paid. was thinking if it's possible to buy the flat from her, using my brother and my name. both me and my brother is below 35 years old?

Afternoon,

Under the current ruling, sibling scheme is no longer available. If you are looking to purchase a resale flat, both of you have to be 35 years and above as you are currently not eligible for orphan scheme.

so is there any way for "cash out" on the flat? becuase my mum would like to sell the flat to me and my bro and need the money
