There are a couple around. You are not likely to face any problems selling an apartment in Orchard area if you are looking at a holding period of at least five years. There is no doubt tht this area will always remain a popular spot over the long run, however if you are looking to sell it within a short to midterm horizon, then u are likely to face a problem.
