Moving forward, a HDB flat is no longer deem as an investment but just a roof over our head.

Both units are old flat in my opinion. And i realised that both block have shops at the void deck.
Is that what you want. It is definitely up to individual. But avoid on the same stack as coffee shop as that is always an issue when it come to selling in future.
