Hi Tin, landlord does not have to right to forfeit any security deposit as long as the terms of the TA are adhere to.

    For my case, I would like to early terminate (after 18 months) instead of 2 years tenancy agreement. By giving them 3 month written notice to them, landlord does not have the right to forfeit the deposit (except some deduction + agent commission + some compensation). Am I right? Please confirm
