Am looking for a condo to invest and rent out. Looking at D17 - 18 but not sure what kind of PSF i shd be paying for to be on the safe side of market value. Kindly advice. Thanks

Why restrict yourself to D17-18? There are other good condos around in other areas, good for rental investment.
