am a singaporean married before..my husband brought a house under hdb grants,,,and i have never lives with him and he rent out whole house for 2 years and divource me..as am the 2nd ownwer the hdb sell the house and asking me to pay the grants back as v take a loan for 50 thousand in 2001..
i cannt pay the loan as i never live in the house and the hdb put me under the bar ,,,and now am married and wanna buy a house with my husband...how can i apply for a house.
