A private condo is now being built and HDB is going to tender out a piece of land beside the private condo for building exec condo. Both are for 99 years lease. How will this affect the price of the private condo? Given that there is no income cap for buying a resale exec condo, would it not be more worthwhile for a buyer to purchase the exec condo instead of the private condo?
