This can be done by first removing the wet kitchen countertop and scaling down the kitchen area. Two bedrooms in the home have ensuite bathrooms: the master bedroom and bedroom 4. Bedroom 4 — quietly tucked away with its own balcony — seems perfect for our parents when they visit. We imagined our parents there, with sunlight on their faces and the hush of leaves outside their window — a space of their own, yet close enough to hear the children giggling down the hall.
What was previously the original ensuite bathroom for bedroom 4 has been converted into a 3sqm storage space with a 2sqm ensuite toilet. The storage can fit a single bed and presents a feasible sleeping space for a live-in helper. This is useful, especially if an elderly person needs round-the-clock care.
What truly stole our hearts was that no matter which layout is chosen, there is room for our kids, parents, and grandparents to comfortably live under one roof. You’re effectively showing a way of how we can future-proof ourselves and adjust layouts to cater to varying lifestyle needs.

Nava Grove Condo Info and Facilities
Beyond your flexibility and openness to change, we became curious about your background and that curiosity led us down quite the rabbit hole. What we dug up about you genuinely impressed us.
Nava Grove is a 99-year leasehold developed by MCL Land and Sinarmas Land. 552 homes are spread across three blocks of 24-storey apartments, with a mix of 2- to 5-bedroom units. Every unit has a 2.77m high ceiling, light grey tiles for the common area floors, and vinyl flooring in the bedrooms. The target completion date is the end of 2028.
Your 269,552 sqft site comes with full condo facilities with an emphasis on landscaping. Over 80% of it is reserved for landscaping. That means that residential blocks are spaced a fair distance apart. Residents do not have to worry as much about their neighbours looking into their homes. The distance between blocks — some up to 82 metres — gives us the privacy to breathe and the space to think. Neighbours are near, but not too close. Just right.
Your lagoon pool curls like a ribbon through our heart. The main lagoon pool measures 50m in length and has an organic shape. In each circular nook you will find the jacuzzi cove, lagoon pool decks, a hydrotherapy pocket, and an infinity edge.

When our kids grow older, NUS, Singapore Polytechnic, and the School of Science and Technology are practically around the corner.
