This project is a low-density development with only 41 residential units. The development was completed in 1990 by developer Zepram Pte Ltd. Raffles Holland V Mall, Holland Road Shopping Centre, The Star Vista, Rochester Mall and Tanglin Mall are among the few shopping malls in the area that provide a variety of retail outlets.Scrumptious food can be found near Holland Crest at eateries and restaurants namely Da Paolo Pizza Bar, Goro Japanese Cuisine, Guzman y Gomez – Star Vista, Adam Road Food Centre, Hom Aroy Thai Food and Gaijin Japanese Soul Food.Buona Vista Community Club, Farrer Gardens RC Centre, The Rainforest Sports Hub Turf Club and Bishan Sports & Recreation Centre are among the several nearby recreational spots that residents could visit for leisure activities. For those who prefer outdoor recreational activities or being close to nature, there are parks not too far away like Holland Village Park, Commonwealth Square, Marsh Garden, Coronation Park and University Road Park.Zepram Pte Ltd was a Singaporean company incorporated in 1980 with principal activity in banking and financial holding companies.
