Holland Crest is a freehold residential development situated on the hilltop of Holland Hill in Holland (District 10), Singapore. This project is a low-density development with only 41 residential units. The development was completed in 1990 by developer Zepram Pte Ltd. The project was later acquired as an en bloc and redeveloped into Lush on Holland Hill.

Holland Crest Accessibility

Just a mere 10 minutes’ walk to Holland Village and a 5 minutes’ drive to Orchard Road, Holland Crest is easily reachable via Holland Village MRT (CC21), Commonwealth MRT (EW20) and Buona Vista MRT (EW21).

Holland Crest Project Details

Holland Crest had a total of 41 units with three different unit types and sizes. Studio units had a built-up size ranging from 990 to 1,238 sqft. The 2-bedroom units have built-up size measuring from 1206 to 1,701 sqft whereas the built-up size for 3-bedroom units ranges from 1,690 to 2,390 sqft.

Holland Crest Facilities

Residents got a range of basic facilities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, squash court, children’s playground and car park. The entire development was guarded with 24-hours security features to ensure the safety of the residents.

Schools and Education Institute

Holland Crest was surrounded by a number of schools ranging from national schools like New Town Secondary School, Nanyang Primary School, Ghim Moh Secondary School and Queenstown Primary School. There are also nternational schools like Tanglin Trust School, Melbourne Specialist International School and Hwa Chong International School. The National University of Singapore and National Junior College are just 4.3km and 5.2km away respectively.

Medical Centre and Hospitals

A number of clinics serve the neighbourhood such as One Doctors Family Clinic, Family Health Clinic, May Medical Clinic & Surgery and Yap Medicare Clinic & Surgery. Gleneagles Hospital is the nearest hospital, less than 3km away from the site.

Shops and Shopping Malls

Supermarkets are in abundance with shops and stores like NTUC FairPrice, Cold Storage Holland Village, Sheng Siong Hypermarket, Kitchen Affairs Indian Grocery Store, Ultra Grocery and Amman Indian Grocery Store, where there are a wide range of groceries and fresh produce for the locals. Raffles Holland V Mall, Holland Road Shopping Centre, The Star Vista, Rochester Mall and Tanglin Mall are among the few shopping malls in the area that provide a variety of retail outlets.

Restaurants and Eateries

Scrumptious food can be found near Holland Crest at eateries and restaurants namely Da Paolo Pizza Bar, Goro Japanese Cuisine, Guzman y Gomez – Star Vista, Adam Road Food Centre, Hom Aroy Thai Food and Gaijin Japanese Soul Food.

Recreation and Leisure Options

Buona Vista Community Club, Farrer Gardens RC Centre, The Rainforest Sports Hub Turf Club and Bishan Sports & Recreation Centre are among the several nearby recreational spots that residents could visit for leisure activities. For those who prefer outdoor recreational activities or being close to nature, there are parks not too far away like Holland Village Park, Commonwealth Square, Marsh Garden, Coronation Park and University Road Park.

Holland Crest Developer

Zepram Pte Ltd was a Singaporean company incorporated in 1980 with principal activity in banking and financial holding companies. The company later dissolved due to members’ voluntarily winding up.
