Almost a Decade of Bliss: A Family-Friendly O

Almost a decade at The Esparis has been a joy. It's an ideal home for families, offering a safe and vibrant environment with decent facilities. The management is friendly and efficient, fostering a strong community spirit. Conveniently located near schools, White Sands Mall, Loyang Point, NPC, bank and ATM, wet-market, food court and coffee shops, polyclinic and GPs, it provides the perfect blend of comfort and accessibility. The excellent transport links make commuting a breeze, adding to the overall appeal. Pasir Ris East MRT is just 2-3 mins walk away when ready. Highly recommend The Esparis to anyone seeking a harmonious blend of family-friendly living, decent facilities, friendly and attentive management, and a prime location with excellent transport links.

Wonderful Home Environment for Families

Wonderful and homely environment and estate. There is even a chatgroup which posts regular updates and encourages sharing among residents. Though the condo facilities are not plentiful and may be small, the location and surrounding amenities more than make up for this - schools (kindergartens, pri, sec), banks, markets (supermarket and wet market), parks, hawker centres, doctors and polyclinics, police centre, CC, bus stops and the upcoming MRT just at the doorstep! Newly painted buildings make it look chic and appealing. Amenities are kept well-serviced and feedback is responded to swiftly. MA and security personnel are pleasant and understanding, and MA uses a condo app which allows sellings, blessings, notifications, and even sharing of items and a host of activities for the residents.
