Convenience

Location is great and there is a trellis highway bus stop that brings you to almost anywhere!

Improving facilities

The lifts are undergoing modernisation and so is the pool deck tiles. The gym was refreshed 2 years ago. Landscaping has improved after a new landscaping contractor was appointed 2 years ago. There are more flowering plants and vibrant landscape . A license plate vehicle entry system was also implemented 2 years ago. The common area lights were changed to LED 2 years ago. The exterior was repainted in 2024. Overall, there has been much improvement to the estate's common areas.

Recently Upgraded

The Condo voted in a new Council last year. It’s now a year since they took over. Changes observed:- 1. New gym with new flooring. Gym has a power rack which caters to serious power lifters.
