what a surprise
Transport is in fact good if you do some research instead of just relying on MRT, 973 takes you to hillview MRT within 3 stops, 190 takes you to Steven MRT directly within 15 mins and then orchard road within 30-40mins. 966 goes to the highway too and goes to Novena and east coast. Very convenient! There is none 1-bedroom unit, so mainly for families. previously, not many nearby amenities, but next year dairy farm residence (100m away) will have commercials with supermarkets, hawker center, etc. So it will be very convenient. I got a 2-bedroom unit with an enclosed kitchen and a balcony. Very ideal layout for me. the vertical garden is unique and one year's Guinness world record. I enjoyed my stay very much.

What a surprise
Most of units are 3-4 bedroom units, few are 2 bedroom units, no 1-bedroom, so this is perfect for families! BUS 973 will take you to Hillview MRT with 3-4 stops. Bus 190 takes highway and gets to Steven MRT within 15 mins and Orchard Road directly! 966 gets you to Novena and East coast! The bus system is very mature and convenient! I am surprised! And do some research do not only use google maps. I got a unit, 2 bedroom with a balcony and enclosed kitchen. before, not many nearby amenities, have to go to Bukit panjang, but next year, dairy farm residence (100 m away) will have commercials with supermarket, hawker centre and many other things, so will be very convenient!

Excellent condo and facilities
Immersed in a green area with hiking and mountainbike trails. Condo has top facilities. The world is.changing. much better working from home here than with the chaos and pollution of centre town. Top international school at walking distance
