Truly convenient and beautiful condo
The condo has got the conservation clubhouse which is so beautiful, the landscaping and spacing between blocks are filled with greenery. Condo management is polite and very helpful. I love staying here and not to mention the convenience of just walking across to get 3 MRT lines + buses right at your doorstep!

Nice facilities
Nice facilities but they are always under construction. Noise carries easily so can hear your neighbours talking or closing the rubbish shoot in the corridor. Very convenient next to the mrt. Interior is small, looks nice but difficult to clean and not that child friendly. Lots of students live here so can be noisy at night.
