  This condo is so far from the nearest MRT (almost 1 km) and therefore definitely what you call "within walking distance to MRT". Given that 80 percent of Singapore’s population will live within a 10-minute walk of an MRT station by 2030, and Vacanza is to be part of the less favourable 20 percent, why are the asking prices still so stiff for some of the units listed for sale? Puzzled interested buyer
