  How's the quartz now? Latest review was in 2014. Some questions: 1. Has the maintenance improved? 2. Has the management improved? 3. Are the facilities still so crowded all the time? Sorry I ask many questions. They are important in helping my decision whether to consider a unit here. Maybe interested in looking for a 2-3 bedder (3 preferred) with high floor and unblock view. $1.1m+ Although it's TOP is 2010, the lease starts 2005 I think.
