  We rent one bedroom in the quartz condo. Before we signed the tenancy agreement, the agent said total 6 person will be staying. Later after moved in, we found out that there are total of 7/8 person are staying in the same flat including us. Is that legal? Based on my knowledge, only up to 6 unrelated person are allowed to stay. We now cannot move out even we want to as we have signed one year lease contract. Please help and give me guideline what to do.
