  Hi, like to have some (expert) opinions if a unit at The Linear is worth buying. The average price is below S$530 psf at this moment, which looks pretty cheap for a 999 year condo. However, the unit is facing main road, which is rther noisy and dusty. Then there is the future MRT station to consider, thus like to hear if such a unit at such price is still worth buying. The condo only has 6 storey so doesn't matter much which floor, I also hear people saying that higher floor units get equally the same amount of noise and dust as they travels upwards, is that so? Thank you.
