  1. Are there any 1-bed apartments available in the complex? 2. Can these be leased for shorter duration? and what is the impact if i choose to leave/shift? (I will be in probation period for 6 months, and need to know if things dont materialize.) 3. I am looking for a rental option from 15.Feb'22 or later. 4. Pls clarify, if any kitchen utensils - pans, plates, cutlery, etc. provided. 5. Also, how are the apartments serviced? cleaning, dusting, mopping, etc.?

  i have been in Singapore now for just a couple of weeks, i have looked at some condos and decided on one at centrist, i am unable to find any information on the management and plans for upkeep and maintenance. all i keep seeing is the place is run down and very poorly managed. is this so or am i just missing the something. there always seems to be owners making the place look good and tenants saying it is over priced and poorly managed what am i to believe. how can i get to see any maintenance papers to see what plans they have for the place as my first viewing was a poor and shabby looking place. is there a management or tenant / owners commity. if so where can i find them and how do i get in contact, i cant even see a management office anywhere????
