  Hi guys, I am looking to buy a 2-bed room condo in orchard park. My budget is 600-700K. Can you share following info, 1)Availability. 2)How much rent+maintainence fee, if put on rent after buy. 3)Does it easily cover my bank instalment assuming 80% loan for 30 yrs plus can I earn some extra cash out of rent minus instalment.   We're interested in getting a unit / penthse at Orchid Park Condo. I'd like to find out if there are any restrictions on dogs there - We have a medium sized dog (Border Collie). He's quiet and well-behaved but we'd like to find out first.
