  I am looking at studio units in this development. - stack 18(mid/high) - budget(610k) - stack 14,15(mid/high floor) budget(600k) If you have any seller for this let know. Not interested in any other stacks. As there is huge oversupply am not in a hurry. Can wait till 2013 for marker crash if needed :-) Can contact whenever you get matching buyer.

  Hi- I am keen to buy unit for own stay, but listings are ut of whack, No fundamental supports these valuations. 1200psf for having wonderful view of train staion is rediculous. Do the optima really has genuine sellers or mostly owner just asking too much to test the waters? Don't they see 2013-2014 supply coming in?

  Hi- I am looking for a small unit in east. Which would be a better bet? I looked at other optima and my manhattan. Surprisingly both psf is same.. My manhattan is at better location(Ameneties) and also architecture of Manhattan is better( wall to block mrt noise). Is there any reason why Optima is same as Manhattan? Am I missing something?

  I am interested in Optima. However, I find the resale prices have gone up. Does anyone know whether the URA land next to Optima has been sold and if so, what is the psf ? It is so hard to find a good project so close to the MRT esp for older persons like me without a car and having a leg problem.
